Model Pengukuran Komitmen Organisasi

Komitmen organisasi diukur dengan mengadaptasi Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Meyer dan Allen (1997). Tiga dimensi komitmen terdiri dari Affective commitment, Continuance commitment dan normative commitment.

Kuesioner asli terdiri dari 18 item namun pada contoh yang saya berikan hanya berjumlah 9 item pernyataan yaitu masing-masing dimensi terdiri dari tiga item pernyataan.
