Organizational Culture Index (OCI)

Disini saya hanya mencontohkan salah satu yaitu Organizational Culture Index
(OCI) yang dikembangkan oleh Wallach (1983) yang mengelompokkan budaya organisasi menjadi bureaucratic culture, innovative culture, dan supportive culture. OCI terdiri dari 24 item (8 item per dimensi)
